I was thinking of trying to find a wallet with a really good card-to _and_ a really good peak, but thinking about it, I'm not so sure I need the card-to.
Recently I was in a pub and I didn't Extractor>wallet, and I was sitting down and couldn't get the card into the wallet's secret slot, so I just shoved it into the main opening in the wallet, where you'd open it to access it normally, eg where you'd open it to so that you could remove a credit card or insert a fiver. The specs were still just as gobsmacked as when I pull the card from the zipped compartment. Which makes sense. The card still went from a boxed deck to a wallet in a trouser pocket.
So, I might just get the wallet that Paul Brook recommends. (I forgot what it is now but I've ordered the BOOK OF LIES book.) He seems to know what he's talking about.
And of course there's always the option of having an envelope in the wallet and slipping the card (or billet) into the envelope.
You could tear your hair out trying to find the 'perfect' wallet... Perhaps it's time to compromise.
