For a number of years, Kevin James bowlarama bowling ball production has been a mainstay in many peoples working repertoire.

Magic Tao’s latest release “POP ART” BY Mark Southworth, brings this theme into the realm of the close up worker.
The effect is, you show a small drawing pad. You open it to reveal a coloured photo of a card case. With one flick, the card case jumps off the page, and becomes a real deck of cards, which you can then use in your first routine.

The mechanics are simple, the handling easy as pie, and the effect, so very visual.
As with most of Magic Tao’s products , this comes complete with an instructional DVD, that gives you full working instructions, as well as a host of ideas for the pad, which will get you thinking. For instance, you can use it to produce your mobile phone, or a bar of chocolate, or an 8 ball, indeed you can produce just about any object that will fit into the gaff.
I had a notion, that this could be used by people who are asked to do some magic at a proposal. You draw a box, produce the box from the drawing,, then open the box to reveal the ring. Or, for Christmas, how about drawing Santa, holding a gift.. flick… the gift is now real, and you then give the drawing minus the gift to a child as a present…. The possibilities are endless.
