Hi everyone.

I am currently making one of those roll on tables, the ones that start off as a box and turn into a table, if it is allowed, I will post pictures of it when it is made.

I will also be making in the future a square circle production box, although, struggling on how to create the two inner tubes, does anyone have any
ideas ?

I thought of tube guttering from the local B&Q but, they only have it of one diameter, so, not sure how to do it, if anyone knows what I am on about, due to the rules, PM me with your suggestions please.

im not sure what size tubing your after but it is availible in a variety of sizes from 20mm to 150mm plus. have a look for waste piping or down pipes(guttering) on plumbing merchant sites.

I used to use the tubes for duct work etc, comes in a wide variety of sizes from your local home improvement store. A little black felt and there you have it. The other option is some thin sheet metal a sheet metal cutter a few rivets, some of the afformentioned felt and voila.

Well, I was thinking of just getting the one long tube I saw, and cutting it down the length once I had two the same height, then, the one I had cut down the length, take a little off and re glue it back together using either a hot glue gun or some other method.

dont be fooled by the name.

If making round tubes is an issue, make all the tubes square.
Many dealer square circles come like this.

Well, I know that it used to be called Wonder Villa, and yes, I suppose I could make both the inner items squares instead of a tube, hmmm, actually, that might work, especially if I worked the outer square into something that appealed to children, was actually thinking of doing a Doctor Who themed production box, a tardis, and, saying to the kids that the inside is bigger and all that fun and pollava.

if you are thinking tardis, a proteus cabinet might be better than a square circle, because you have two doors at the front, and a reason for the central pole, that hides the join. It can be topped by the light.
either way, the tube can be designed with the time vortex on the front in white and electric blues.. it should look lovely

The roll on table is almost complete, giving me some serious back ache, but, it's going to be worth it in the end.
Should hopefully be done tommorow, weather permitting.

It is finally done, after days of back ache and many swear words, I have finally made it.....

I have made a shelf for the bottom section for my close up items and other stuff, there is also a front shelf for large cards when performing.

Cool. I've been considering making myself a magic table for a while but last time I tried to make anything like that I just ended up with half a lemon nailed to a chopping board. Dont ask.

Made a couple of changes, added a stage name and a rabbit to box.

Thats really good wayne, is it MDF?
