Missed order from a retailer

I recently ordered tool from an online site with a couple of decks of bikes. The package came friday but didnt have tool in it, even though it was ticked as included.

Ive emailed them but im not likely to get a response until monday, but my question is this. As Tool is now listed on their site as sold out, does anyone know if i would be able to request my money back rather than wait for replacement stock?

I just wondered if anyone had been in the same situation?

Does the paperwork that came with your order say "items to follow?"

A lot of retailers only got their stock on Wednesday/Thursday (you could see that with all the 'shipping now' emails that arrived in my inbox). It's possible your delivery and order overlapped. Personally, I have never had any problems with magic retailers - they are a reliable and trustworthy bunch.
