Hello ladies and gentleman!

I'm Danny, I'm 24 years of age from Manchester,UK. I took up magic just over 10 months ago, i've always been into it but never seemed to do anything about it.

after having the pleasure of seeing Dynamo (favourite magician) a few years back it finally inspired me to go and buy some cards and have a real go at it.

I started to practise and i didn't tell anyone, i came out and told everyone in July 2011 i had been practising and no one would believe me, until i shown my family some tricks and they were blown away!

My current job is Football Freestyle and multi-sports/football coach in primary schools, but i've put the Freestyle on ice for the time being to concentrate on magic more. since i bought my first deck of cards it's now kind of taken over my life.

I've browsed this forum for a few days and now i've finally jumped on board!

Hello and welcome. I would like to see your freestyle vids; I can keep up pretty well but nothing much more!

Be sure (if you haven't already) to take a peek over at the Manchester Meet thread, a whole bunch of us get together for drinks once a month (currently the first Sat of the month, though Nov is going to be the 12th).
It's not really a 'show and tell' kind of thing, very much social although plenty of magic does get performed but only if you want to.
