I've been looking for solutions to the ol' "pocket space is at a premium" problem.

This item looks perfect.

What do you think?

That is so true! How many times have we seen a magician with more kit than the SAS!

Our equipment's more expensive too.

Anyone else find any decent solutions to this problem?

Use a single deck of cards, maybe some spongeballs or whatever your preference is and you're sorted. I really know of not many full time professionals who carry that much with them. And if they do, it's because they are planning to do something particular later on in the night, so the gimmicks or equipment is stored elsewhere.

But then I won't have an excuse to dress like the SAS!

A deck
ID
Notepad
Coinvexed with sharpie
Two other sharpies
Omni deck
Business cards
Lighter

I have more than enough pocket space with that.I could do about 20 well rehearsed tricks with that but i usually only do about 7-8

Forgot to add that I sometimes bring director's cut too

If I'm going out drinking with friends or whatever, and intend to perform for friends to show off and annoy them, or for strangers to hopefully drum up some business, at the very least I'll want to take:

-my mobile phone (not a magical item, but still an item that needs pocket space)
-my glasses (fantastic for misdirection if kept in a jacket pocket!)
-my regular wallet
-my Sho-Gun packet trick wallet
-a regular deck
-a deck stacked for my Sam the Bellhop variation
-two Zippo style lighters (one gimmicked; one that works as the gimmicked one doesn't work)
-notepad
-a few little things like gimmicked keys, TTs etc

That's already more than I'd want to carry in regular jeans pockets. I've just ordered a pair of combat trousers on ebay that have the usual pockets on the side, plus discreet zipped pockets on the calfs, which I expect are each big enough to carry a deck.

In which case, I should be able to carry a deck in each calf pocket, a deck in each thigh pocket, packet trick wallet in left normal trouser pocket, mobile phone in the right normal trouser pocket, and my regular wallet, glasses and any other bits and pieces in my jacket.

So, I should be able to carry all of the above plus two other decks (ID and stolen cards?) without having to carry a bag or case of any kind.

Get a bag. Ask her to carry your stuff.

I could hang out with a bag lady and get her to carry my stuff in her shopping trolley. That could work.
