Anyone seen this show?

Got my tickets for the Brighton one which is part of the comedy festival, quite looking forward to it, despite my colleague at work who seeing I was booking tickets asked 'Who are you seeing?' and upon being told exclaimed incredulously 'F**k off!'.

I only just found out he was touring.
There are tickets left for tomorrow at Leamington Spa, so I am very tempted. He was my idol all my childhood!
Will let you know if I go and what I thought of it.

Going to see him in Southampton. We last saw him live about 15 years ago when he did his linking rings routine on stage with my daughter (then aged 8 ) - it is one of her treasured memories (and photographs) and she has already tweeted him to see if he is doing the same routine again...he isn't.

Whether you like or dislike his style, he is a true professional and we can all learn some great lessons from watching him perform.

As said, me and the misses went, and we had a great time!
A little less magic than I expected, but a lot more comedy, we were in fits of laughter at times. But what magic was shown was classic magic, and was great to see.
The show didn't seem scripted, which made it feel a bit more personal to the audience that was there.
It was sad to see that half the seats were empty, and it was only a small theatre.
But I would recommend it to anyone. We had a great time and would love to see him and his son again in the future.

Afterwards all three (Paul, Debbie and Martin) came out and signed any posters/programmes for us.
I'd recommend not going to the front of the cue, cause Martin took his time to come out and those at the front didn't get his autograph. But maybe that was only for us (as there was a lot of his family and friends there).

I don't know if it was just because we were in his area, but we had a little bonus.
Jasper Carrot did a little comedy act, trying out some jokes he is going to be using in an upcoming tv programme.
He was quite funny, and was good to see him as well.

I went to see this show with my girlfriend on Friday, Paul Daniels first got me into magic so once I had the chance to see him I had to go. He was brilliant! Paul, Debbie and Martin all performed and it was a great night out, we also got autographs from Paul and Debbie. He may not be around on TV much now but he is still the main magic man :-)
