Although he was not the nicest man to me, probably not the nicest man period. His magic was amazing, his creations beyond compare and his contribution to magic is by far under rated. The old crumudgeon will be missed.

whilst he may not of been one of the nicest guys to you, :D .....

It cant be denied that he was without doubt one of the greatest magical Illustrators of all time.
Single handed, he drew every drawing in the first 3 volumes of Rice Encyclopaedia of Silk magic.
If you have ever sat down and read these books, you will realise just what a mammoth task it must of been. :)
