Personalised Debit Cards

Postby Ant » Mar 23rd, '12, 22:46

Barclays are now allowing all customers a personalised debit card for free. Although initially I considered Sephiroth I am now thinking that this might be an opportunity for something more useful, maybe a circle within a triangle?

Would be ideal for combining with Outlaw's Sanctum, or similar...

I went for vanity, and chose a picture of me at Everest base camp, with the mountain towering above me. I keep quiet about the fact that that was as high as I got!

Surprised personalised cards are only making their way to Britain now. We have had them for a decade.

I think some of the other banks do it too, I just happen to know about Barclays doing it for free for all current account customers from yesterday.

Although, to be fair, we've had internet and phone banking in the UK for yonks now but when I lived in California two years ago I was constantly expected to go into branch or send documents by fax.

Fax? Really? Are you sure you wouldn't prefer me to send it on Betamax cassette?
