There are all kinds of venues that help small business start ups. My advice is to check your area and meet with some of these groups. Check your local university, banks usually have a lot of information for starting your business, your chamber of commerce or whatever you call it on your end of the world.
I know I'm repeating myself if you check my comments on many of these threads but the biggest contribution to magicians failures either being a performer, creator, lecturer, manufacture or dealer or any combination of, is not lack of magic skills but lack of business skills. Every area is different no matter where you live. And asking advice on here is risky because you really don't know what we really know when it comes to these types of issues. And what are you going to tell the judge when have to explain your tax evaison. You learned the tax code on a magicians board on the internet?
Yeah I'm going to extremes but thats my mood at the moment.
