Only the magicians / lecturers actually booked for the event get to go to Portugal. I'm signed up for it, but I will most likely catch one or two things online and watch the rest later on DVD.
I really hope it's not the last EMC as it says.

Don't think so... EMC is a project that Luis de Matos is very proud of... I'm sure he will continue it... (:

Goddammit I was telling myself over and over "You don't need it, you can't afford it, you're busy this weekend anyway." then I checked my emails whilst two of my colleagues were having a boring conversation around me and it led me to check the forum, this was on new posts and now I'm signed up.

That's the most money I've ever spent on a whim purely because I was bored at that particular moment in time...

It is seriously worth the money. And lets face it, if you went to a real convention you would spend at dealers, and at the bar, and digs.. it would cost much more.

I paid for the "all three" option on my registration and I wondered (I can't find an answer on the site) do we get DVDs of all three or just DVDs of the latest and online access to the 2010 2011 vids?

Has anyone got this year's EMC DVDs yet? Last I heard was an email in October (ish) advising of a short delay. Does anyone know if these have been sent out yet?
