To do less magic, but do it better. I'm restricting myself to ten routines. I will not buy any new magic this year. I will perfect my own versions of these ten routines.
To keep me honest, the routines are: Balls, Rope, Miser's dream, Do as I do, ACR, an Ace routine, a memdeck routine, ring and string, a Hopping Halves routine, a coins through table/coins across routine.

Having 2 under 5s in the house does make practice difficult but I'd like to finally learn the Mercury Card Fold and a full deck false shuffle.

I need to finish the routines I've been working on (regardless of the time of year it is) and get back to performing.

And as for my magical resolutions...

I guess to maybe learn a couple of things that don't involve playing cards would be nice! (And to think, when I first came to the London meets, I hardly did any card stuff! I'm not exactly sure what I did, now I think back on it...)

Mine are as follows:

1. GET AT LEAST 1 PAID GIG
2. DELVE FURTHER INTO MENTALISM
3. CONSTRUCT A FULL ROUTINE OF 30 MINS NOT INVOLVING JUST CARDS.
4. GET A SHOWREEL SORTED
5. MAKE LESS THAN TEN PURCHASES OF MAGIC THIS YEAR

To do well enough at my first paid gig to get more
To get a paid gig that isn't a kids party
Practice more, both magic and cj
Buy less magic

Here are mine:

Get another (unpaid) table hopping gig, to follow up my first ever last year!
Finally get my contact juggling to a standard where a short routine can be performed as part of an act I am working on.
Perfect my muscle pass.

To really polish my children's show for all ages

To do more stage shows for adults and children

And to finish more close up material that DOESN'T INVOLVE cards!

Are you watching closely? Then I'll begin...

My New Year's resolution is to not buy anything else magic related, I want to actually learn everything I've got and to find my path in magic, like if I want to get more into card magic, coins, mentalism et cetera. I think I'm already fairly certain I want to get into mentalism, so I plan on figuring out what I need to study, I mean, I know I need to cover 13 Steps To Mentalism, but will I need to learn card and coin sleights as well?

I'm also moving back near London in just under a month, so I plan to attend London meets :)

Do more, though I guess, echoing above responses, what I mean by this is to work on stuff that I already do/own. I perform embarrassingly little, and tend to watch my projects dribble away into nothing. So, an active 2013!
