The Spirit Ark is the world's first custom, hand-aged magnetic card box. Vanish, appear and switch billets, coins, cards etc. Spirit Writing effects become self-working. There's a range of designs available with more to come, with bespoke custom designs available. In fact, during the first week of release, bespoke designs are free (£15 usually).

Does the distressing take place after the design is printed on the box? I like the scratchy, aged effect here:

The aging to the design itself is partly part of the 'printing' process which is then fine tuned, so yes all designs look that 'tatty'. The reason the designs on the site like you've shown look so nice is that they're just the original graphic files on a wood 'mock up'. They'll all be eventually replaced with real photos once a box with that design is made.
