now this isn't easy its my first attempt so bare with me if it goes horribly wrong from what I know and if you've done this right your card should be

I did what was suppose to be done its not possible for this trick to fail unless the instructions were not followed correctly

you try it see if it is me.
shuffle the cards cut the deck take the one from the middle
square the deck look at your card if its 4 of spades then deal 4 cards and so on depending on your cards value. Aces are low
put your card on top of the deck and the pile of cards on top of that
now deal the card face up and tell me the order 15 to 20 cards so that I get an idea of how your unconscious mind is shuffling and cutting the cards

I reckon Bill Cushman's Miraskill variation ("Telephone Bill") would have been a better shout. Incredible, baffling remote mind-reading with cards.

There is a great Eddie Fields trick, but the person on the other end of the phone needs to do a riffle shuffle...

To be honest, the method here is pretty transparent, but if you're just going for a bit of fun then good luck to you.
