Cover Pass

Postby katrielalex » Jul 12th, '05, 12:11

Hi all!

Firstly, sorry about the quality as I'm doing this on the old Pentium I computer so no video editing.

This is the cover pass as taught on Kaufmann's On the Pass DVD. Watch the top card carefully :).

Apologies for the abominable shapeshifter change but you get the idea :). If I refilm it later I'll forget the color change and go with a DL...

More passes coming soon hopefully :).

I like it :).

However, I'm not sure whether it's a good idea using the Hermann pass here. It's not that the technical side was bad - it was perfect. However, the Hermann pass moves a packet to the top of the deck whereas the Classic moves it to the bottom. This means that the top card mysteriously rises, and you really would need to cover it for a second to hide this. However, if you're going to need to cover it, why not do the standard Cover pass.

Sorry to be critical...
