Well it's that time of the year, folks to done your dicky bow ties and posh frocks and take a stroll down the red carpet as I announce the winners of the 2014 Allen Awards.

And the winner of Most Helpful Member goes too... well it's actually a tie between MANDRAKE and....... ME! Thanks everyone!

For the most Amusing Member, there was a new kid on block this year who very nearly pinched the title but this year this award goes out to the oft controversial but always give me a giggle, MARK LEWIS.

Most Creative Member, this one is going to someone who's been putting a few of their ideas out there over the last few months. ANJORNO!

Best Thread of the Year, this thread covered a topic that comes up very often but was for a chance actually discussed quite sensibly... Mentalist or Magician - can you be both

Best Product of the Year, everyone's favouite product this year is AUTOMATA!

Best Magic Event of the Year, BLACKPOOL!

Services to Talk Magic, there was only one name that ever really had a look in, gimmie an M, gimmie an A, gimmie an N, gimmie a D... oh I can't be bothered with all that, it's MANDRAKE (again).

So a big well done to all the winners and a huge thanks to everyone who voted

Well, what can I say? Thank you one and all! I’m especially chuffed to see Becky getting the recognition she so richly deserves for all her work here on TM. For almost three years now she has been a tower of strength in carrying out all the various Mod jobs and in more recent times she’s worked well above and beyond the call of duty – many congratulations Becky!

Many congratulations to all the other winners and thank you to everyone who voted.

Well done all winners.. Give yourself a nice pat on your back. Oh yeah, well done Becky, for finally getting something. You should also get something for your delicious foody recipes as well.
