What kind of help do you think you need? Your site seems to be teeming with links (especially footer), and you have designed it for sales.
Is there something this approach (and all the social media presences you have pointed to from there) doesn't do for you? You seem to be doing pretty well to me. Perhaps you just want people to go there?
