The Chop Cup routine is more or less Ken Brooke's - performed superbly (thankfully he misses out the awful Charlie Miller penetration).

Moreover, with the Torn & Restored Cigarette Paper being one of my favourite ever magic effects, Doug delivers this so perfectly, that it isn't just a trick, it's a true work of pure Magic Art.

I am pretty sure he is doing the Larry Jennings Chop Cup routine rather the Ken Brooke version. I always quite liked Doug Henning and in fact preferred him to David Copperfield.

You are indeed correct!

I know that Ken admittedly 'borrowed' a lot from the Larry Jennings routine.

Personally, I think the Don Alan routine tops them all:
