Hello to all. I just found this forum today and hopefully i meet a few other aspiring magicians who can help me along the way. So far I'm only able to do a few tricks... with silks, cards(no gimmiks) and the david blane levitiation. Hoping to pick up few new skills, though I'm not a big fan of props. I have the raven, can perform it well, but i don't like that it takes a setup. Anyways, hope to get to know a few of you.

Welcome bud ... sounds as if you are into my sort of magic, skilled card and coin stuff ... never much been into gimicks myslef.

Where abouts in Canada are you from? i have a few friends over in Saskatoon, is that anywhere near you? i know what a big place it is.

I am in Alberta.......originally from Vernon, BC though. I am happy to see more canadians, and more close up/card men on the forum as well!
