Ultimate Transpo, how do you feel?

Postby rcarlsen » Oct 14th, '05, 21:10

How do you guys feel about the ultimate transpo? I normally get enormous reactions on it.... I think it's because of the way it's build up (I use Oz version). It starts off just like a game, and ends up with some marvellous transpos. Within that, you do the magic, when noones expect you to do anything suspicious. I love it, - what do you think?

It's one of my personal favorites and I performed this one last night to great reactions for the very reasons that Rune has said.

When someone asks me to teach them a card trick I always do this one and start by telling them that they have to watch and remember where the target card is. They NEVER expect the cards to change and never see it coming.

A great one to practice your DL's

A great trick

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

It's one of the trick on Born to Perform but I'm not sure if it's sold seperately on Penguin

That's true. The DVD is worth the money, alone. Adding all the other great stuff, (at least 2-3 effects) and you are there. It's combination dvd, both a beginner dvd as well as a great dvd for advanced magicians as well. At least for the routines part.

i personally think it's much more effective if you do the transpo in a really straightforward manner, no byplay games and stuff
