One more M5 question

Postby terrick » Oct 18th, '05, 23:24

I understand that I am a newbie, so please don't kill me.

I just have a quick question before purchasing an M5. I have a Raven, and I want to know if it is worth the money to buy an M5 also, as I've never had a chance to try one out. Or should I just chop up my Raven and strap it to my wrist? From what I've read, I'm assuming that the strength is the only benefit of the M5 over the Raven, and I could make a weaker one by playing around with my Raven.

You don't have to yell at me for trying to get you to reveal anything. I just want someone to tell me if it's a good investment that will make me quit using my raven altogether.

i was thinking that if it's not built the same as the raven, i might have some stuff sticking to the outside of my jacket sleeve by the time i walk away. that doesn't happen, does it?

sorry missed that bit, in a word no.
with an m5 you can sit at the table and with some magical gestures you can make a coin stand up and beg for attention but you will still need your raven to make it vanish / change.

the m5 is specificly designed for doing magic termed as pk effects ie useing the power of your mind to influence objects, you will certainly be using a powerfull force directed by your mind but you won't have to change your name to rasputn or uri geller :D

Yes, however, you won't be ab;e to use a wrist setup for the m5 on the same side as the raven, and there is a serious risk of inseperaby joining two of your limbs together.
