I would suggest that you didn't as I suspect that you would be contravening a copyright or at the very least be on a dodgy ethical footing.

Yeah, but i did only mean to other magicians that i knew, i wouldn't tell a non magician how o do a trick, so why would i sell them a fire wallet?

Whether you are exposing the secret to non-magicians or not, the fact remains that you are intending to sell copies of an item that someone else came up with, apparently without obtaining the rights to do so. For that reason I am suggesting that you don't, as, though there are various versions on the market which may or may not be officially licensed, I think you would be on dodgy legal ground.

I dont agree because there is actually no copyright over the name fire wallet, it just what indvidual names that the companies give them that are copyrighted.

Whether the name is copyrighted or not makes no difference to the point I am trying to make.

Are you or are you not intending to make money by selling something that you did not come up with? Is your intended product a significant improvement on prior technology, and have you done research to find out if the concept is attributed to one inventor or if it has been around forever? If so, have you contacted the inventor to ask permission to use his idea to make money for yourself?

Just because other people rip-off inventors doesn't mean that you should do it. I suggest you check out some of the current and older posts here on this subject.

Can you make your top hat a bit smaller? Am I the only one who's index finger aches from scrolling downwards and past it in order to read the next post?

Note from Mods: We can always remove it complelely!
