Thought of rising card?

Hey I have rising card and I was wondering if thought of rising card is any good?
Can someone do a review? How difficult is it?

This trick is not really worth it in the long run as it is not examinable and takes longer to reset than the rising card.
The rising card is not examinable either but is easier to work with.
