Does he have a DVD of his seires?
Channel 4 seem to release plenty of DVDs but I've only seen one with Derren's stuff and that was to do with his Mind Control series.

Probably from the Channel 4 website and when Derren plays at Theatres on tour, there are usually some on sale. I've never thought of asking at HMV or Virgin but they might be able to acquire the DVDs if they don't already have them.

I picked up his 'Inside your mind' DVD from Woolworths a few years back so HMV etc will probably stock them.

I may be wrong but I seem to recall Derren explaining that he was giving the impression that he was hypnotising when in fact he wasn't.

I'm not into the hypno thing and won't pretend that I am, or know anything about it but I am rather sceptical as I think that generally, there are a lot of people thinking and claiming that they can do this when in fact they can't.

I agree with Dat ... Derren did express several times that this was not hypnosis, and if i recal correctly i think Derren stated that there is no such thing as hypnosis it is all just suggestive "play" ... sounds as if Derren may be a skeptic himself.

What Derren achieved last night was pure suggestion and nothing more ... all of the participants made those descisions at thier own free will... i think !? :?

i do love this stuff .... does put a bit of a strain on the old noggin when trying to understand it though. lol
