"Russian Roulette can be enjoyed by all ages, it's a true family game"
(I guess your reply was just for the laugh, since I don't know any tricks named Russian Roulette (besides the bullet-cathing))...

Back to business:
Could you give some more information? For example: which kind of audience you want to perform for, how skilled you are, which props do you like... etc...

I guess it would be nice if you'd introduce yourself in the introductions forum...

Anything with a magnifying glass?

As Jelmo has asked, some more info would help. If you're into cards then one that I would recommend would be Twisted Sisters

The most profound personal close-up work I can think of would be a hand-stuck-to-table gag with a complete stranger in front of their friends. It's something to attempt only really with deep rapport, and dependent on the subject, but then again all hypnotic work is.

Disclaimer: The above is only to be performed if you are a skilled and trained mentalist who is working with a suggestible spectator. If not, you will need a bottle of Superglue.

Yup. Superglue's the thing, but difficult to talk the spec out of again. There is no out with this one if it doesn't work. I've done variations a few times when the mood was right and the spec happy to find out what would happen. A good one is unexpectedly not being able to get your hand open to see if there's a coin in it. Though the technique is fairly widely written up, it's easier to force a smile to end on.

Beginners effects?
Are you advanced?

How skilled are you already with card and coin magic?

Since you plainly ask for 'I'm looking for mindblowing effects' and 'simple and not to advanced tricks' I guess you're a beginner.
My advice here is, as stated earlier, to learn the classic "Twisted Sisters".
Or, you could buy a ID or Brainwave deck to pull off some cool effects...

Twisted Sisters, 2 Card Monte, 3 Card Monte, if you are interested in card magic.

French Drop is a simple yet effective coin magic effect. Or maybe a Coin Matrix, they always get good reactions.

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

Don't waste you're money all these packet effects people are suggesting go and get yourself some books.

I am currently reading They're Off by Frank Lane and UF Grant. It's almost 100 years old but it has some incredible effects that noone else is doing anymore.

How about a colour change using the bottom card of the deck but the deck is wrapped in a rubber-band?

Or this one

The effect, briefly, is that a lady's ring is borrowed and before it is taken by the spectator, the lender is given a small parcel which is wrapped up in paper and tied with string. The ring is now vanished while the performer is still in the audience.

The bundle, or package, is untied, the lady herself lifts the cover of the small box (which was really the bundle) and if she is a normal woman, a very funny feeling will come over her because she sees her ring there

People would pay at least £20 for this trick (in fact there are several boxes out there used to achieve this that cost a lot more) but there it is for all to have in a book that I picked up for nothing.

Twisted sister is not a beginner's effect. It requires good patter and crowd relations that only comes with experience. Just because an effect could be done by a beginner doesn't mean it should be.

There is lots of magic that can be bought but there is a lot more to magic than just buying it.

P.S. There are many Russian Roulette style effects out there. The one with the knives and paper cups is very strong and could be done by a beginner. I sure as hell won't be recommending that they do it though.
