worked fine for me BUT whats the point? if you dont deal cards in this fashion all the time then folks are going to suss somethings up when you suddenly change from one dealing style to another. Unless of course you have a decent patter line to go with it but even then its such an unusual dealing style.

yea, i know its a real weird way of handling the cards, but to the laymen its just a cool way to deal cards face down on the table, never had any comments from spectators about the handling.

If this is your sort of stuff you should check out Jeff Wessmiller's "Weapons Of The Card Shark" DVD. It's got plenty of false deals, false shuffles, etc. for you to play with. There's even a really interesting section at the end where you see him cheating in a real poker game, which I found really interesting.
