What is the difference between these coins,they are very different prices,is it that one envolves bands and the other uses a better method

for the tango one it just says best quality thats all

The main difference, I think (not sure since the Kueppers version doesn't say, and I'm not familiar with them), is that the Tango version has an internal system, allowing for viewing the coin on all sides.

The price difference can be a result of many factors, but usually it's the quality of the item that brings the higher price tag. I can't say that with complete certainty, so don't buy it just based on that thought.
