Super-Man Roy Kreuppers

So I recieved this yesterday, and I've been practicing alot and I have painsin my hand when I try to do the bend.
So I was wondering how do you guys conceal..'it'. And how do you bend 'it' with out the 'its' digging into the middle of your palm with lots of pain..
