Hello and welcome :D

Nice to see so much enthusiasm. However I would expect if you buy all of that, costing about £65 you will be very dissapointed.

The coins are a bit of a one trick pony and a very quick effect aswell.

To make the most of the flash notes you would need to perform a invisible bill switch, can you do this?

The black tigers are very expensive for a deck of cards. And are bound to cause suspision as they are so unusual, however if you do like the style and you dont mind taking a minute to prove they are legitamite, what will you do with them? do you know how to perform any effects already?

And the P.K rig too. You cant expect to remove these from the packaging then be performing miricles straight away.

These are somethings to consider when purchasing these items. However before you purchase anything, as it is so easy to waste vast amounts when new to magic (trust me  ) There are some questions you should ask yourself first. For example, Assuming you know nothing of magic already.

Firstly and most importantly What kind of magic would i like to perform:. The above list contains a mixture of coin card and p.k. As a begginner its probably best to spend a few weeks on one paticular area. rather than trying a bit of everything.

Where am i going to perform and for who: Can you get away with using a gimmicked item taking your bow then ending your performance. Or are people going to want to examine your props or even ask for more (will you be prepared).

Considering factors such as these will help you make the most of your money.

Magic is fun and it is easy to run around like a kid in a sweet shop grabbing everything. You will do this we all have. But taking it as slowly as possible to start will help you in the long run.

If you really have little or no experience at this point i would reccomend.

Mark Wilsons: Complete Course In Magic

This is an absolute bargain. Over 300 effects covering many branches of magic. Teaching you the basics of Card,Coin,Rope,Mentalism and more. I'd reccomend starting with this and a couple of decks of bicycle cards. Then see how you feel in a couple of weeks,

Or at the very least. Put this in amongst them if you cant help yourself

Well i like money tricks and card tricks, i can do a few simple card tricks (colour change etc) but i want ones which look better... like coin through glass etc, but i dont know if they are as easy as they are as advertised to be. I also like the idea of how quick people can move around cards, ive found a dvd for that and might buy it. What i have a problem with is buying them, im only 15 and im not sure if my mam and dad will let me buy it all. I have my own debit card but i dont know if i can use it on the internet as its only a junior thing. :'( Do you know any websites were i can practise sleights and card handling?

As the KeyMaster says in his post, go for a general magic course and his Mark Wilson recommendation is a good starting place.

Personally, I would forget all of the items that you've posted and are asking about as you can get much much more for the same money if spent wisely.

Buy normal Bikes to start with, much cheaper and at this stage you should be thinking more of learning and practicing so Tigers WILL be a waste of money.

hmmm... yeah i would steer clear of the things that you posted first, when i first started magic, i got Born to Perform (HA kati :D) and Xtreme Beginners. if you dont know your basic slights, i would get Born to perform. but if you're like me and like XCM (xtreme card manupulation), you must get Xtreme beginners

oh yeah, and once you know the basic slights, you can make up tricks by yourself or hen you're learning new harder tricks, it will be eaiser to master

?!~

For crying out loud, the msn button under my name is to talk about magic with me, NOT A FREE MAGIC GIVEAWAY LINK. dont abuse it

Hi Milt, if theirs a magic shop near, pop in and just be honest { I wouldn't go on a Saturday} I'm sure the guys will show you some stuff.
The tiger decks look cool as does the ghost deck {simply stunning} but i would get a pack of bicycles and just practice till you wear them out.
ps if you just use bikes it looks like magic, fancy cards look like trick decks{ just my opinion}
Knock 'em dead Milt!
