Random thing number 1:

Does anyone know any good aftershaves that don't dry out your skin?
I hate the liquid alcohol ones... they make my skin feel awful. Anyone know any good ones that wont make my skin feel rough? :(

And number 2...

Why are there hardly any female magicians?

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

1. Try an aftershave milk rather than lotion. Failing that, moisturise before slapping it on and wincing.

2. Dunno.

Moisturiser before you put it on eh?

Good idea... I'll give it a try when i have a shave before my girlfriend gets here. Thanks guys :D

I hate shaving :(

2: No I can't think of any reason why that should be...

..i would say go to Lush instead, dont bother with an aftershave and go for a pungent soap...the whiff stays all day...or penhaligions are all pretty good though if you're going for an aftershave...and you get a nice attractive victorian bottle with it too...

...female magicians? Fay Presto made something dissapear i know, but i cant think of any others really...it is strange, i would of thought a cleavage would make a great bit of misdirection...i get misdirected everyday on train...

i must, i must, i must increase my bust...did i type that outloud? sorry...

2: Why do you care? That's a great thing with magic, if you ask me. Women should be impressed by magic, not doing magic :)

lol ... Comments like this usualy result in a night sleeping on the Sofa ... kudos for having the balls to say it though Rune.

[joke]I think its difficult for women to get into magic because the bubbles from the washing up bowl make it harder to handle the deck smoothly![/joke]

Loving the comments guys :D!

I think that there are hardly any woman magicians because back in the day of witch burning, they all died!

(ie us men were the only ones who managed to hide using our real magic powers. Damn those woman fakes!)

As to the shaving question... I don't ever use aftershave. Some light moisturizing lotion maybe, but that's about it.

As to the female Magician questions... it's very simple, the majority of females that move into magic SUCK!

I stress that this is just the majority in that they try to do magic in the same way men do... it don't work. Many also believe that if they act cute and dumb allowing their phsyical attributes to prove the lure vs. their talent, that this is sufficient... sorry, but even Melinda has discovered that don't work as you move into your late 30s and early 40s (it's also very demeaning)

There are a few female performers, most from the Orient, who are awesome and could readily put many male performers to shame. These are a rare group however. One I hope grows with time.
