A LOT of people I know use VistaPrint - if you can tolerate a small range of designs and a text-based ad on the back you can get 250 business cards for free from them (+£1.50 or so shipping). They also offer a custom business card service for very cheap.

I use Vista print without their advert on the back. Nice cards and a good price. Their brochures are good too.
