I quite like to tell people that I am working on a one handed way of finding a card, I do a one handed dovetail shuffle and their chosen card miraculously turns up in my mouth. It is better for a bit of fun than serious magic as people instantly realise that the shuffle was just misdirection (and damn good misdirection too).
Technically not that hard (apart from the one handed dovetail!), just laterally palm the card off the bottom of the deck and shove it in your mouth whilst the attention is distracted. It helps if you condition people to your hand going to your face, perhaps by regularly scratching your nose, that way people won't notice when you do the move.
As far as the shuffle is concerned, anything flashy with one hand will provide the distraction necessary.

Cogito, ergo sum.
Cogito sumere potum alterum.

Transpo Revelation
Easy! Selected (even signed card) is controlled to the top.
Exclaim that as a magician, you're able to predict and cut to the spectator's card at least 50% of the time.

Perform a false-cut, retaining the selection as the top card. Now, perform a DL and turn it face up onto the top of the pile. An indifferent card is shown.

"Oh dear, but like I say - only works 50% of the time"

Turn the double-lift back over and thumb off the top card (selection) which the spectator will suspect is the indifferent card.

"OK, put your hand on the Four of Clubs (the indifferent card, 4C in this instance) and that eliminates that one, and narrows my next cut down to 1 in 51!!!"

Place the card on the table, face down, and let them 'protect it'.

Perform a second false-cut. Take the top card face-down and place it on the table (it's the indifferent, or the 4 of Clubs in this example).

"OK, here we go!"

Turn the card on the table - it's the 4 of Clubs!

"Hang on, if I've got the four of clubs again..."

Gesture towards the spectators hand... you usually get a 'No way!' cry here, as they turn over their signed selection.

A nice, easy revelation!
