Postby russellmagic » May 21st, '06, 13:57

has anyone got disjointed yet. Apparently it is an updated version of turning your hand 360 degrees. The video looks ok. If anyone has it would you please do a review or pm me to let me know if it's good. Thanks alot.

It is an updated technique of an illusion that's explained quite well in Paul Zonnon's Street Magic book which you can pick up for far far less than I suspect this DVD will cost - and you let loads of other effects in the book as well.

There seems to be a lot of old effects being regurgitated as single trick DVD's at the moment. Make you realise and appreciate the value of books as a very valuable and cost effective source of learning!

I like to perform the 360 Hand twist
so I really think this trick is cool

This is a version of Shinkoh's 'twisting arm illusion', as performed notably by Meir Yedid and David Blaine (and indeed, taught by Zenon).

However—this effect is a very much improved and more gross handling, which contains several more enhancements which really take this to the next level.

Highly recommended, although I do take on board and to an extent agree with what Dat is saying.

Dat, do you mean Paul Zenon's Street Magic? (Or is Paul Zonnon actually another bloke? :? ) If you mean Paul Zenon... I can't find that trick in mine

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

I do mean Zenon - sorry for the typo

If it's not in Street Magic then it's in the one before (or after) :? I can't remeber which way around they were released. I'll dig it out in the morning and post again (no need to twist my arm though  )

Now where was that worst joke post
