Just been having a clear out and came accross this cracking card effect that I bought from Ken Brooke's Magic Place on Wardour Street back in the 1970's!

Bit of a long shot I suppose but has anyone here come accross this effect? I remember enjoying performing it but never really liked the ending (the card, having been cut into quarters, is finally produced repaired with sellotape). If anyone else remembers this, did you come up with an alternative ending or did you think it was OK?

I was also never too happy with my execution of the only sleight in the effect (a M*****n T******r), are there any relatively recent books/dvd's which might have new insights into this move that might help me get more comfortable with it?
