Recently I purchased Pyrotechnic performed by Greg Wilson. Personally I loved the dvd. Sure some of the moves are a bit difficult to learn, but for the most part I have alot of the moves down. This is deffinitely not a dvd for beginners.

However I had a session with a few of my magician friends the other day after we watched the dvd and they complained that he rushed his explanations. Personally I dont think he did at all. I get bored when someone takes to long in the explanation, I like it more when a magician goes through it rather quickly but still gives you the tips and explanation you need in order to practice and perform.

So i was just curious as to if you guys find Greg Wilsons teaching to be a bit sloppy or if you like his explanation techniques??

i Have heard people say this before but it does not bother me. He may be a bit fast but i always liked his teaching style and found it to be great. I don't like teachers who go too slow. However this is all down to personal preference.

I have his table hoppin cups and balls routine which I found to be a lovely routine but as you say, he starts off at a million miles an hour and doesn't slow down.

Yes he certianly does, but none the less hes a good teacher.

Man the other day when I saw him use that acrobatic card case that made me want one so bad lol. But they dont sell

I think he is fantastic, great energy and yes, I like that he does not go slow, I can allways rewind....
