Looking forward to receiving my copy. I already ordered directly from Anthony, as I know the quality of his work ... or perhaps he hypnotized me when we met in April, to buy everything he publishes

Thanks for a great review Mike, looks like Anthony only gets better and better.
Only one question:

... this three-disc set ...

Which is it? 3 or 4 disks? :)

Stoner - Would you recommend this to some one who already owns RIP?

I guess it's nice having a look at Anthony's routines as well - for inspiration. Haven't hypnotised anybody for ages and am pretty rusty. May be worth a purchase!

Yes - absolutely. There's lots of stuff on the DVD that's not in RiP.

Should you buy RIP before you purchase this one, or can you learn everything you need to know from The Manchurian Approach?

Have you guys seen the stuff James Brown has been uploading to YouTube lately? It's incredible, and I think he got some of the concepts from Amit.

I'm gonna have to grab this, it looks fantastic.

Hi

I have been in constant contact with Amit for a few months now. We have sessioned and [performed together a few times. Having also spoken at length with Ant I can say what a great DVD set this will be. I know Alakazam have put a great deal of effort into producing this and the gang (Ant, Amit etc) had enormous fun filming it.

you will learn all the techniques required to pull off miracles!

Glad you enjoyed my youtube vids - after this week there should be some more!

James Brown

I recently ordered this from a US supplier. Hopefully they'll be shipping it soon. Can't wait to get started on this!

10/10 !!!

I am so happy that I had already ordered directly from Anthony a while back, got a few days off coming up so ideally the postman will deliver this in the next day or so.

Gosh I am quite excited :D

Thanks for the review and for fielding questions Stoner. I am sure I warned you once the hypno bug gets you, it doesn't let go.

Thanks everyone who pre ordered for waiting so patiently, if they have not landed yet, they will soon as all copies are en route.

Like Reality is Plastic, no prior knowledge of hypnosis is necessary to get use from The Manchurian Approach as it is an A to Z. The main difference is that Reality is Plastic was not aimed specifically at magicians, The Manchurian Approach is. The approach to doing the hypnotising bit is similar, this is followed by various ideas of how to mix up hypnotic phenomena with trickery.

Any questions about The Manchurian Approach let me know. It is available from me at www.anthonyjacquin.com.

I will endeavour to support anyone who has an interest in the Manchu approach and plan to back it up with ongoing freebies 'Proper Mental' style in the year ahead.

Ant

Oh and yes James Browns videos are brilliant, check them if you haven't already. Demonstrating his original take on mixing up hypnosis with his magic skill. Not that I expected anything other than top calibre unique thinking from him. A fearless demon is he.
