Hi,

I'm totally new to Magic. I am about to jump into the world of kids magic shows. I've been running my own business Face Painting, Balloons etc for 10 years and feel its time to expand. I am going to attend a training course before I start but I must admit I'm nervous about starting out mainly about the fact it's all eyes on you.  lol!

Hiya Izzy, welcome to TM. Have fun mate.
The plot is the thing, the means of doing the trick is an entirely secondary affair.
If it is found that the use of a fake or a gimmick renders the plot more convincing to the spectators there should be no hesitation in using it. J.N. Hilliard
