Why does everyone say Revolution is no good? I think it's fantastic! MAGIC is a situation you arrive at by any and all means. Doesn't matter how, just as long as the effect is there.

yeah thats what i thought...i dont know revolutions method yet but i know it is extremly simple...i dont know why this always turns people away from it...just because its easy doesnt mean its a bad trick....if you can achieve the same effect with a simple method as you can with a complicated series of slights than why not use the simple method???

I wouldn't do TORN in school as it is very angle sensitive but you could probably find some way to do it..another good effect is Crazy Man's Handcuffs and a good Ring and String routine

For less than £20, you could have ALL of these, and much more.

Torn & restored card
Oil & water
Signed card in wallet
Rising card
Self reversing pack
Coin matrix
Coins through table
Copper silver penetration
Cut & restored rope
Ring off rope
Disolving knot.

They are all in Mark Wilsons Complete Course Of Magic.

You will pay about the same for this book, as you would for just one or two of the effects. Not only that, but you get to learn many sleights and a range of magic knowledge.

Don't go out and spend money on something you can only use for one trick. After you have amazed all your school freinds with something such as revolution, what happens next? You pay out again for a one trick prop.

Get the book. You will learn more tricks and more importantly, the principles behind them, which will let you perform a whole lot more.

I also find that he explains it better than some of the instructions you get in some of the bought "ready made" tricks.

Hey grum

I would definitely recommend learning card thru glass. This would be perfect for the school environment, busy break periods etc.

If you need more information visit me here or any of the mentors at Talkmagic

good luck!![/url]
