I find it so slow to the point that I can't be bothered to watch any postings on it any longer - which is a shame!
Long live Putfile which I find quite fast, actually supersonic in comparrison to YouTube!

..... and there I was thinking I was the only one having problems with youtube
Knowing I'm not the only one sat around waiting for clips to upload, just made me feel a whole lot better

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

All of these sites have problems from time to time. Giving up on it after just one bad day of service is rather harsh

Yeah, i would have to agree with DAT, if you're worried about your service of the site then its probably time you dusted the cobwebs off your wallet and made a donation to them.
Running those servers is an incredibly expensive and time consuming task, i dabbled with the idea a while back to host a dedicated TM video server, but it just takes so much work.

only had trouble with youtube once, where it was still "processing video" a full 12 hours after I uploaded it, other than that its been fine for hosting. playback can be jerky though, lil tip - just hit the pause button then go back in 5minutes and hit play lol

Well, they offer a charge service - that is, you can post a video and charge money for it. There are still free videos there though, of course!

About 12 hours, give or take some. Remember that they're in California so they're in a different time zone - generally, if I send them a video at night they will have it verified by the next business day. It's quite quick really.

You may think that it takes a while to verify but the quality of the videos is quite good and takes no time at all to load!
