I think by doing it fast that is the problem. Just use normal speed and let the natural angles hide the move. Can't say too much on an open forum

Well, the point of the Braue Reversal is that it doesn't actually look like you are reversing a card. It just looks like you are cutting the deck, which means you don't need huge misdirection to do it. Sure, it would help if people were not staring at your hands but there's really no need to have that much misdirection as long as you do it smoothly and confidently.

If you can get them to look away there are much better ways of reversing a card in the deck. For example - are you ready for this - wait until they're not watching then necktie the deck and turn over the top card. Yes, it works :).

Alternatively, if this fits in with the routine you are using try doing a DL and then just taking off the top card!

Unless I'm doing it wrong, whilst I'm talking to a spectator, I hold the deck vertically, do the move and turn the deck back horizontally. Then I just swing cut to completely finish the move off.

Dunno if that's right, but it works, and I've never been caught out :)

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism
