I would Ask our Craig Browning. He is a real expert. I only do a small amount but he seems to be much more serious.

yeah...even if you dont agree with all his views, you've got to admire the man; at least he has some fire and passion about his art...

The Gentle Art of Cold Reading.... now that's a title I've not heard in many years... quite a good read though a hint dated.

I've already mentioned this to Mandrake and I guess I'll make it a bit more official to you all here... I'm setting aside some time to pull together a couple of HOW TO eBooks that will be FREE downloads for TM members. These books will give you an overview to the world of Mentalism and some of the different areas of speciality within it and the basic reading materials or even videos you will want to work with so as to cultivate those skills.

I should have the first two, complete with resource links done by the 9th of June at the latest. This will be INTRODUCTION TO MENTALISM and INTRODUCTION TO READINGS There will be at least two more covering Mentalism and possibly one or two that address Illusion work (given my years of working in that area as well).

So keep your eyes peeled... I'll have them out ASAP.

Criag will you pm me when you have it due out. i will def wanna take a look at those. I'm so intersted in cold reading but you have to be so careful with the technique and i feel it's so powerful. :) My advice to anyone doing cold reading is to be very sensitive towards your audience and be prepared for difficult questions. But their is always a way out.

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

I also know rather a lot about this subject since I have done THOUSANDS of psychic readings.
I may advise on the matter if I am in the mood.
