What Magazines do you read

Postby cajmagic » May 26th, '06, 18:15

What MAGIC MAGAZINES do you subscribe/buy/steal or read?

I am a struggling magician with a gaff deck (the Caj Deck) to sell but I have no idea (being in america) what Mags are read in europe (were to advertise).

In US we also have only one language (well if you don't count the illegals) and so ... is there a magic magazine for Germans/French/Italian...

This is a serious question which noone here (in the US) has been able to answer

I read Magic Seen magazine, simply because it is British. From time to time thought I will also read Genii or Magic.

Just out of interest - please try and post your messages in an appropriate room. This wasn't really a review now was it?

I read Magic but the only adds are from suppliers - there are no 'small adds' for personal sales. Incidentally, this magazine frequently advertizes the Caj deck.

If you only have one deck to sell then you're much better off advertising it on an american magic forum.

Incidentally, it sells for around £15 over here.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

I do this (Advertise in Magic - in August in Genii) . In the US it sells for $20us which I think is about 10 pounds equiv.

with $2 for shipping - should be $11 pounds equiv so...

I Figured that a direct european distributor could lower the cost - but you need: A) Direct advertising in area B) Wholesaler to deal with directly

I asked (and I placed this post in review section to get magavine reviews - am I backwards requesting reviews verses giving?) this post to address "A"
