I was recently given this effect and am having a small bit of trouble with the card "rotation" after insertion. Are there any tips as to pressure on the fingers to keep the other cards flush. I can't seem to pull off the slight without having the accompanying cards end up at strewn angles. Any help would be appreciated (GREAT trick btw)

I've found cards from an older deck work alot better. New cards are a bit too smooth.
