Yup. I don't think this one's coming in on all engines, captain.

You could make yourself a jacket out of cheap carpet, stand in a bucket (insulation) and rub yourself vigorously.
This should hopefully do two things

1) Generate enough static electricity to give a shock

2) make yourself look pretty silly

Other than that I think pretty much your only option is to either invest in the "Electric Touch" or make peace with your brother

house hold items? you could strip the electricty wire from the lamp in the corner and hide it in your sleeve. or course you'd have to stay pretty near the socket, and this might be too much of a shock. forget i said anything.

although on a lighter note our car seems to be able to pull off this trick all the time, i can't stop the bu**er

If that's the case you could buy Larrys car. I'm sure he does a good deal

household items ok then since were on silly street:-
1) 9volt battery.
2) length of wire.
3) 2x drawing pins.

quick fix taser.
or just skip 2 and 3 and stickn it on his tongue.

..if he has a metal framed bed, just wire it up to the mains...and then throw water on him...

please find below an artist's impression of the various facial expressions he might go through:

:( :? :)  :x  :x  :x

then you pop a  in his cake-hole...

Tell him you're going to give him a shock and then punch him in the face, preferably after rubbing your feet on the carpet. Certainly shocking!

Also, works well if you walk accross laminate wooden flooring with rubber soled shoes on and rub your feet a bit.

I'm sorry, this thread was to entertaining to miss out on.

I have it!

1. unscrew a light bulb
2. grab your brothers hand
3. lick light socket

That should be shocking everytime, on demand.

I am also by no means saying that you should try this. Everyone makes actions based on their own decisions and your actions should not be based off of the words of others.

the answer is indeed simple and im not joking on this one

go boil some water

put it in a toy guy and spray his ass when u want.

the bad thing is that teh water will cool down quickly so look for a liquid which retains heat well and u could place an insulator of heat in the toy gun such as a chunk of iron

the water should be fit for shoking for like 10 minutes

that is all
