Hey All, did anybody else see the news at lunch when they mentioned abotu a video website? They were saying about how kids and teens fight and beat each other up, happy slap and then post the video on YouTube [i could see from all the pictures of the site that it was YouTube] where people rate it. Aparntly this is some from of modern entertaiunment, and what do the guys at YouTube do about this horrible violence? Absolutely nothing. They just sit back and probbaly even rate the videos themselves. I can see that the community on youtube can do something, like flag the video as innappropriate and i appreciate that there are thousands of videos on there to sort through but most of the videos are still on there.

That's an interesting point. I think it al comes down to censorship: should it be imposed from above or should it be an agregate community action?
Perhaps a blend of the two approaches would work best. If there are enough flags set for a video being inappropriate, perhaps then it automatically goes "upstairs" for consideration and possible removal.
