Flash Magic Shop

Postby Stephen Ward » Jun 9th, '06, 13:18

I am happy to say that my flash magic shop plans are ahead of schedule and it will be be open by July 1st at the lastest. Please note the page you see on the website at the moment is only a holding page. The shop will be a fully functional eshop with mutiple payment methods. etc.

For the first few months only flash products will be on sale. After that there will be magic books and DVDs. By christmas there will be cabaret and children's magic. I am aiming to make sure i stock different products to NUMS to make sure we both benefit.

All of my flash products have been made by a leading specialist in this field. You should never attempt to make flash products yourself.

I am currently setting up a discount code for all my friends at Talk Magic. If you want a code for future use please PM me at any time during the year for the access code. Please write this code down. I need your user name to set up the code.

If anyone has any questions or suggestions then please contact me.

Thank you to all MODS for allowing me to post details of my shop.

Best Wishes

Stephen :P

Hopefully it'll provide plenty of "bang" for our bucks.

I know, I know I'm leaving already

Due to the fact that my new stock of flash has arrived earlier than expected (just arrived now) we are now open for business!

10% TM discount:

1. To pay by cheque simply deduct 10% and put your user name in you letter order or email.

2. Paypal: simply deduct 10% in the + - box of paypal checkout. We need your user name to be put in the message box.

Any problems then let me know. When the full e shop is ready the discount system will work automatically.

Something you may want to consider getting ahold of is Flash Notes (UK £5, £10 and £20)

Also - I would suggest you consider advertising on the talkmagic page like all the other shops. As it is you are getting free advertising with your banner.

At the moment I see Paypal and cheque as payment options - will bog standard credit cards be accepted at some point? (you can tell I'm a CUPS sufferer, can't you?!)

Guys you DO NOT need a paypal account. What you do is check out using the basket. You then see the paypal screen, Ok, now look for where it says 'do not have an account' or something similar. Just click that and the bank processes your card as normal. You do not sign up for an account. Nor do you need one. The system works the same as any other magic shop shopping cart. It accepts ALL cards and of course we never see the details. Hope that helps.

Sorry - that may have come across wrong. I wasn't offended - nor do you have to remove your banner - I was just suggesting that as you have a business venture - it may be to your benifit and that of the site owner if you buy advertising space on the forum.

I think it is pretty cheap - but you will ned to speak to Laurence (pm support) regarding costs)

Sorry again! i read wrong. I have contacted the person about advertising and have the money ready. So how about if i put the banner back now. that will save me doing it again when the advertising slot is booked. Thanks for clearing that up!

On this page, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, there will be some adverts. One will be a "For more info clck here" advert - click on that one.

That is were you will have an advert. Your signature advert is not related to that - and at present we are all more than happy for you to keep that regardless of what else you do.
