Is that similar to a Deep Freeze spray? I tend to suffer badly with my knees, although the doctor has said its not arthritis, but a problem caused by my growing too fast and the cartilidge hasnt had chance to catch up. I find that Deep Heat spray really helps, although for me it causes another problem because i am allergic to it! Its not as bad though so i am sometimes willing to endure it to have less internal pain.

I dont know if this could help with your problem, but its another option to try if you're willing.
