Give him feedback warning everyone of his fake DVDs... if he gives you bad feedback, complain to eBay that his feedback had nowt to do with the transaction

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

What i would do!

1. Email back telling the person these are fake demand a refund.

2. If he say's no then contact ebay under the VERO act.

3. If you paid by paypal demand a payment back (charge back)

4. If all fails contact F.A.C.T or the tradins standards

keep copies of all emails

who is the seller, i want to check something.

a polite e-mial to banachek imforming him of the fraud may mean an e-mail from him on your behalf to e-bay to add weight to your complaint.

Tell eBay the guy's trading stolen goods, leave very bad feedback and demand your money back too. If you suddenly start getting bad feedback from strangers, tell eBay you're being harrassed by the git and they'll sort it out for you. Thry may even ban him and his email address from registering. As they own PayPal, he might find it difficult to trade frm that bank account too.

This is a salutory lesson in why to buy them properly form a registered dealer. That way Banachek gets what's due and not some shyster.

Just what i was about to PM! i have a feeling he did not know. He may have purchased it at a car boot cheap and decided to sell it. I would suggest being nice first, then play it hard if he does not help.

Make sure that he was saying that the item was real and official in the item description you bought. If he was saying that those dvd were fake, then it's your fault.
If not:
