If anyone has read my review of Jay Sankey's latest DVD - I mentioned having created an effect that uses identical handling to Sankey's 100% Guaranteed effect.

Since he has released it already, I wonder if it is even possible to still put my handling in the manuscript I'm working on. I came up with the effect long before buying the dvd, and the presentation is entirely different (it runs on completely different themes).

So my question is - should I just drop it, as it is already on an established worker's dvd. Or, should I continue writing up my working of it, and contact Jay Sankey personally to get his thoughts on the matter?

Well...I would say never say never, however the chances are probably quite slim if the handling is identical...I don't know though. Always worth contacting him and asking him first!
