The Effect
What the blurb says:
The magician displays a card wiyh instructions to "The Worlds Greatest Card Trick" printed on it. As per the instructions a spectator is asked to cut the cards, reomve the card they cut to and sign the face in big bold letters. The card is once again lost in the deck and the magician reads the last instruction on the card- it simply says reveal the card. But then the card with the instructions on (which has been held by the performer the whole time) is turned over to reveal that it is the signed selection.

Review
The first things to remember are that you need to wear a shirt or jacket with an outside pocket and you need to use a table. ( you don't need to be sitting for it, in fact it is better if you are standing.)
You are supplied with an instruction card and 2 gimmick cards. You use 1 of the cards per performance, but you are supplied with 12 and can buy refills.
I like:
Tthe fact that you appear to be holding the same card throught the performance.
As it is an "instruction card" on one side, it seems different than a signed playing card.
You interact with the person from the audience more than alot of card magic. It is a case of playing along with the instructions smoothly, rather than a sleight loaded routine. It comes accross very clean.
You do need to reset, but that shouldn't take more than a few seconds. (They do have an "impromtu" method, so you don't need to use this at the start of a routine, which is even more effective.)
You get a booklet of about 28 pages, which has clear instructions, diagrams and extra ideas from the basic. One of the better set of instructions I have seen.
Overall
9/10
Nice easy to follow for audience and performer.
